Ever have your kids say something that just stops you dead in your tracks because it’s so wise that you wonder who the adult parent is in that moment? That happened to me last night with my 11-year daughter when I was talking about the #1 reason why people do NOT reach their goals (and lamenting about writing this note to you!)

Inspired by my new year’s blog on the top 10 mistakes people make around goals and the small practices that make a BIG difference… check out this short video I just did on how much our inner subconscious mindset patterns hold us back – and what my girl said to me that BLEW my mind…which is exactly what we need to do daily to achieve our goals!
