Take a deep breath and pause for a moment.  Imagine this summer you are on this lake and there is glistening warm sunshine, a cool breeze, songs of birds chirping and waves crashing, and you ponder these questions…

1. What’s on the HORIZON for you at this point in your career and life?

3. What’s your DEEP DESIRE FOR CHANGE in your workplace or the world that you care deeply about?
4. Is what you are doing MEANINGFUL & IMPACTFUL? If not, what needs to be different?
   
5. If you knew you wouldn’t fail and had the money you needed, what would you do with your TALENTS & PASSIONS? 

Summer is a perfect time to reflect on these questions if you want to see results this year. There is a process for all change and transitions: first there is an inkling, feeling or idea about change, then we get clear on the vision and plan and many actions ensue afterwards to manifest it.

Whatever we envision now in the summer, will begin to take hold in the fall and winter.

I invite you to intentionally find a beautiful summer setting of your liking and really REFLECT.
