This last week of the year is the “the time in-between”. Sometimes we can feel like we are floating in space, recovering from the holiday hustle, but not yet into the doing energy of new year.

What day is it? What time is it? Should I relax, play, work, catch up on my Netflix, TO DO list, house cleaning, or what???

Awwwh, let’s just take a deep breath.

There are many things you can do this week, but I invite you to take time and breathe, slow down, and tune into your heart desires and dreams as the calendar changes ….
